LOCATION

  • Sassy Sista's Boutique 851 W. State Rd 436 STE. 1005 Altamonte Springs, FL (San Sebastian Square Plaza II). Please make sure you are putting your correct email at the time of booking to receive confirmation.

AVAILABILITY

  • Ours books open monthly between shop hours. Some services are available at an earlier time and some are only during shop hours.
  • WALK-IN's are welcome (expect to wait for the next availability or call ahead of time to make sure)!

ARRIVAL TIME

  • Arrive at your scheduled time (NO EXTRA GUEST OR CHILDREN). You will receive a 10min grace period, after 15mins your appointment will be canceled. Please make sure your hair is washed, blow dried, and combed prior to your appointment for all install/hair services.

DEPOSITS

  • Deposits go towards the remaining balance of your appointment. The deposit secures your appointment spot for the day you selected & also covers the cost of hair (if service includes hair for your appointment). The deposit is NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE (only transferable after the 1st rescheduled appointment). This means if you cancel your appointment you will need to make another deposit for the next available appointment. One reschedule is allowed, after the 1st reschedule, your deposit will not be transferable.*** Please note if stylist has to cancel your appointment due to an emergency, your deposit will be refunded to you in full. ***PER SQUARE'S NEW POLICY ANY DEPOSITS REFUNDED WILL NOT INCLUDE ANY PROCESSING FEES.
